FAQ
What counts as an email?
Outbound and inbound emails are tracked separately against their own quotas. Each sent email counts toward your outbound limit; each received message counts toward inbound. Rejected drafts do not count. For Pro and Business, both counters reset at the start of each billing period. Builder Pack has a lifetime quota of 50 outbound and 50 inbound emails that never resets.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and you are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.
What happens if I exceed my limit?
Send and inbound requests are blocked once you hit the relevant quota. You will receive a notification with an upgrade link. No emails are silently dropped — the block is explicit and logged.
How does the approval workflow work?
By default, your AI agent drafts the email and submits it for your review. You receive a notification via email, Slack, or Telegram with a one-click Approve or Reject. For trusted agents or high-volume workflows, you can switch to auto-send mode where drafts are delivered automatically without human review. You stay in control of which mode each sender identity uses.
